The story

I spent 15 years watching budgets pay for layers. So I built the opposite.

From buying media across 70+ traffic sources to running an $6M+ AdTech department — and then walking away from headcount to prove one operator, armed with systems, can out-execute a whole team.

Where it starts

Early on, I did the unglamorous work: buying traffic. As a senior media buyer I scaled campaigns across 25+ ad networks and 60+ partners, pushing ROI up 2.5× in six months. Arbitrage teaches you one brutal lesson fast — a number either pays back or it doesn't, and no amount of storytelling changes it.

Then I went up the stack. As Head of Publishers at an AdTech SSP I grew a department to $6M+ in revenue and $2.4M in profit on more than 8 billion ad views. I learned how money actually moves through the ad ecosystem — not the version in the pitch deck, the real one.

Every agency I saw sold a senior on the call, then handed the work to a junior learning on the client's budget.
A solo operator's workspace

The turn

So I removed the layer entirely. No account managers, no relay, no floor of salaries priced into a retainer. Instead of hiring a team, I built one out of systems: automation, clean data, AI agents and a documented stack that does the repetitive work — and doesn't get sick, quit or forget the context of your account.

That is the whole model: one accountable operator on your funnel, from the strategy call to daily optimization, with the full margin going into the work instead of overhead. Fewer clients, deeper work, real ownership.

Life in flow

One person can carry this — if the person is built for it

The solo model only works if the operator does. So I treat energy, focus and health as part of the job — deep-work blocks, systems that protect my attention, and a location-independent setup that keeps the work sharp instead of frantic.

No open-plan theatre, no status meetings about meetings. Just the numbers, the systems, and the discipline to run them from anywhere.

Working in flow, location-independent

Where it is now

Today I run performance marketing, HubSpot and automation for a deliberately small number of B2B and services clients — as a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner. The same person you meet on the call is the person doing the work. Always.

No juniors. No outsourcing. Just the numbers — and one person who owns them.
