Full-stack marketing · B2B & services

One person instead of an agency.

For 16 years I built marketing hands-on — and the moment finally arrived when one person, backed by AI and systems, covers the work of a whole agency. I take on HubSpot and CRM marketing, business automation and performance for B2B and services companies — from strategy to daily execution.

How it works

You pay for output, not for an org chart

  • One person owns the result. I run the core marketing cycle myself and make the calls, so work moves quickly and stays coherent.
  • AI and automation carry the repetitive load. The high-volume, constant-attention work runs on automation and AI agents around the clock; I stay on the parts that need real judgment, and bring in a person where a person is genuinely better.
  • More of your budget reaches the work. The operation stays lean, so most of what you spend goes straight into marketing that moves revenue.
  • Documented and built to last. Campaigns, flows and reporting run on documented systems, so whatever can be automated keeps working, and any process can be handed over cleanly.
Kirill Pavlov

For 16 years I built marketing with my own hands — from buying traffic to systems and analytics. I'd long been waiting for the technology jump where one person with AI could do the work of a whole team. It arrived. Now I do it solo — and, honestly, I love it.

FAQ

A few honest questions

For most B2B and service companies, yes — with an honest caveat. The core marketing cycle closes on me, and AI plus automation handle the repetitive, high-volume work. Some tasks still need a person, so where a role genuinely helps I bring one in or coordinate it. The real skill is knowing which work to automate and which to keep in human hands.

As much as sensibly can be. Campaigns, flows and reporting run on documented systems and automation, so the machine keeps working between our check-ins, and any process can be handed to another person straight from the documentation. Whatever genuinely needs a human stays with one.

Just about all of them. Over 16 years I've worked across SaaS, e-commerce, mobile apps, games, local services, B2B and Web3. The only things I won't touch are gambling and grey or illegal verticals — everything legal is fair game.

Deliberately few. Attention and hours are the real constraint, so I cap active projects to keep the quality high. That's also why the smallest format starts where the work stays genuinely senior.

Usually within a week. We begin with a short audit to fix tracking and set a clean baseline, then move into the work — so the first weeks already produce signal, not just setup.
